I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location with quick access to People's Square, making my city strolls so much easier and delightful while staying in a beautifully designed room.

I had a fantastic stay with amazing views and one of the best breakfast spreads I've ever experienced. The indoor pool and spa services really helped me relax after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but that didn't take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend checking it out! 😊

However, the room amenities felt lackluster for a luxury hotel, with only a minimal supply of Nespresso capsules and a rather awkward bathroom layout. Customer service could use improvement, as one staff member was dismissive when I needed assistance, and the gym staff's approach was unwelcoming and curt.

I recently enjoyed a delightful four-night stay. The hotel's location is truly excellent, making it easy to explore nearby shopping areas and dining options. The premium king room was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a wide variety of delicious choices to kickstart our days. However, I found it inconvenient to take multiple elevators to reach our room.

The view from our room was stunning! Loved the rooftop bar and location near all the main attractions. Plus, easy access to public transport really made our travels a breeze!

We spent 1 night in a Deluxe King Room. The views of the Bund were awesome, and the location was super convenient. The breakfast spread was one of the best we've seen in Shanghai! Just a bit bummed the bathroom felt kinda cramped compared to the spacious room. Overall, a good pick for our short stay.

My Deluxe King Room offered breathtaking views down the street, with the sunrise over the Bund creating a magical start to each day.
